I ordered a new motor for our 40 year old aluminum fishing yacht. It took about 2 weeks to get the motor. They called and scheduled an appointment to have the motor fitted. Of course, when the day comes to get the motor installed it's 95°F outside. I felt for him, but he put her right on and fired it up. The prop had to be ordered separate. We had one ordered, but low and behold they didn't have one... The owner's were nice enough to drop it off at my house a week later when it did come in. 10/10. Service was above and beyond when things didn't go as hoped. Thank you!
